We are back to blogging again!
Today, I will share a letter for a class I am taking at an online co-op. The class is “HS English - American Literature.” The assignment was to write a letter to Abraham Lincoln, either as a parent who lost a son at Gettysburg or a soldier writing to Abraham Lincoln after he gave his Gettysburg Address. We were to describe our thoughts, feelings, and responses to Lincoln’s address.
This piece of homework was graded 16/16 (an A+). I am pretty proud of it, and I enjoyed writing it and I hope you enjoy reading it too.
