Gwyn’s Update 2023-10-07

Today I knitted a pig! I still have to sew it up and stuff it. Though it is not done yet it looks like a pig. I had to learn to knit a new way to do the pig. Which was like this: knit 4, knit 2 stitches together, knit 1, knit 2 stitches together, knit 4. which I liked learning to do. You know it is nice that you can have two sticks and yarn and make a nice pig or a something else.

Arywen and I had a fun activity where we carved pumpkins one side was a witch and the other side was a ghost. We had candles in the pumpkin and Aywen had a red light which made it look spooky. We also won second place for Halloween Spirit. The prize (there where prizes!) was a chocolate bar.

Daddy, Meredith, Eomaer, Ronia and I went on a mushroom hunt we found lots of mushrooms and the squirrels like to pick mushrooms and put them on trees to dry them out for winter. I never thought squirrels would like mushroom I thought squirrels liked nuts to eat
